About Us
Toronto Memory Program is an independent medical facility specializing in diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. We are committed to helping individuals maximize their quality of life. We are a participating site within the Canadian Consortium for Centres in Clinical Cognitive Research (C5R) and the Ontario TeleHealth Network (OTN).
Services provided by Toronto Memory Program include:

Dementia Trials Investigator since 1996. Executive council member, Consortium of Canadian Centres for Clinical Cognitive Research (C5R). Executive committee member, Behavioural Neurology Section, University of Toronto. Assistant professor, University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine and Graduate Dept.of Speech Language Pathology.

Chief Operating Officer and Sub-Investigator

Manager of Research Development
Alzheimer’s disease treatment trials manager since 1996. Clinical research coordinator, psychometric rater, pharmacist assistant. SoCRA certification. Associate member, C5R.
MICHELLE MARTINEZ, OT Reg(Ont)
Manager of Clinic Operations
Occupational therapist with 10+ years experience in Alzheimer’s disease. Previous assessor for Geriatric Psychiatry and Geriatric Medicine Outreach Teams. Independent rater for clinical trials in dementia.
KAREN NG, BSc, CCRP
Manager of Research Operations
Lead clinical research coordinator and mentor. Cognitive assessor. SoCRA certified. Former quality control reviewer and auditor for Phase I clinical trials CRO.
MOHAMED JAGANI, BPharm, RPh, MBA
Director of Operations and Research Pharmacist
Mohamed obtained his pharmacy degree from the University of Toronto in 1998. He has held positions in community and hospital pharmacy, academia and the pharmaceutical industry. In 2005 he completed the Executive MBA program from the Queen’s School of Business. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) candidate. Mohamed joined Toronto Memory Program in 2008 and currently oversees pharmacy and business operations.
